Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Tube/Profile Bending Technician to support the setup, programming, and optimization of our CNC tube/profile bending machine. This is a temporary contract position for a skilled individual with hands-on experience in CNC tube and profile bending.
Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC tube/profile bending machines.
- Optimize machine performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments.
- Train employees on machine operation and safe work practices.
- Document machine setup, programming, and operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating and programming CNC tube/profile bending machines.
- Strong understanding of machine setup, tooling, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and train others.
Salary: $25.00–$35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Maple, Vaughan, ON
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
