Kitsilano Dental Group is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team! We are a busy, modern, and supportive clinic with a strong focus on patient care, teamwork, and keeping things running smoothly — all while maintaining a positive, fun work environment.
What we’re looking for:
We need someone who is:
- Experienced in a dental reception role (required)
- Confident using Tracker dental software (strong asset / preferred requirement)
- Highly reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable managing a busy front desk with multiple providers
- Professional, warm, and great with patients over the phone and in person
- Able to handle scheduling, billing, insurance breakdowns, and treatment coordination
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly, professional approach
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently using Tracker
- Handling phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries
- Processing payments, insurance claims, and treatment plans
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
