Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating property showings, and maintaining client records
- Assist with property management tasks such as lease documentation, inspections, and maintenance coordination
- Support marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials, managing online listings, and engaging with clients through various channels
- Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for clients and prospects
- Negotiate terms and facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to transactions, contracts, and property details
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate fluently in multiple languages (if applicable) to serve diverse clients and enhance outreach efforts
Experience
- Prior administrative experience in real estate or property management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong negotiation skills to assist in closing deals and resolving client concerns
- Experience with marketing strategies specific to real estate is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to support a diverse clientele
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for effective client interaction
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office setting

Pay: $35,000.00-$36,000.00 per year
