Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other clerical software
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping as needed
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Support medical or dental office operations by managing patient check-ins and documentation (if applicable)
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Experience with , bookkeeping, or office management software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries professionally
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Familiarity with front desk procedures in medical or dental offices is advantageous
- Strong typing skills with the ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately
- Good organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and records effectively
- Computer literacy including familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
