About Wild Muse Weddings
Wild Muse Weddings is a wedding stationery studio specializing in elevated designs for weddings and events. I work directly with clients to create cohesive stationery suites including menus, invitations, signage, and day-of paper goods.
I’m looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Design & Proof Coordinator to take client content and transform it into print-ready proofs using existing design templates.
This is not a “start-from-scratch” design role - it’s a role needing an excellent eye for layout, typography, and spacing.
What You’ll Do
- Take client wording, details, and files and apply them to existing Wild Muse templates
- Create clean, professional design proofs (menus, signage, stationery pieces, etc.)
- Ensure typography, spacing, and alignment are consistent with brand standards
- Prepare multiple revisions based on client feedback
- Check all text carefully for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors
What I’m Looking For
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual balance
- Extremely detail-oriented (this is critical — accuracy matters more than creativity)
- Comfortable working within pre-designed templates
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
- Fast, efficient workflow while maintaining high accuracy
- Strong written communication skills

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
