Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compelling promotional displays and visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Supervise store promotions, ensuring displays are well-maintained, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to design promotional materials, signage, and visual assets for in-store campaigns.
- Manage schematics for store layouts, ensuring optimal product placement and effective use of space.
- Oversee merchandising activities including pricing, product placement, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and promoting products effectively.
- Coordinate with store management on promotional schedules, POS setup, cash handling procedures, and store operations.
- Lead and supervise team members during promotional events or campaigns to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain organizational efficiency by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to store management including scheduling, reporting, and stock replenishment.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in retail or promotional environments.
- Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, and customer service.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, schematics, and visual design techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage customers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members during promotional activities.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Administrative experience related to store management or retail operations is a plus.
