Branch & Stone Landscape & Construction Inc. is an established landscape company committed to delivering exceptional landscape construction and property improvement services. We are currently looking for an experienced Landscaping Technician to join our team and help create high-quality outdoor spaces for our residential and commercial clients.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and has experience in landscape construction and installation.
Responsibilities
- Install paving stones, patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Prepare and grade sites using proper excavation and base preparation techniques.
- Install sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, decorative rock, and planting beds.
- Assist with drainage systems and other landscape construction projects.
- Operate a variety of landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
- Read and follow landscape plans and project specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape construction or landscaping.
- Experience installing paving stones, retaining walls, sod, and other landscape features.
- Ability to operate skid steers, plate compactors, cut-off saws, and other landscaping equipment is considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, digging, grading, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
- Typical start time: 7:00 AM
