We're Not Looking for just an Optician.
We're looking for someone who lights up when a child picks up their first pair of glasses.
Someone who celebrates when a patient recovering from a concussion finally feels comfortable in a busy grocery store again after receiving prism glasses.
Someone who loves helping people feel confident, cared for, and truly seen.
At Elite Vision Therapy Centre, we believe vision is about far more than eyesight. We are a family-oriented Neuro-Optometry and Vision Therapy clinic in Etobicoke with a full-service optical dispensary. Every day, we work with children, adults, and patients with neurological and visual challenges to help them learn, perform, connect, and experience the world more comfortably and confidently.
We're looking for an Optician or an experienced Optical Assistant to join our team full-time and become an important part of that journey.

- Neutralizing lenses and performing quality checks on finished eyewear
- Operating our in-house edging lab
- Booking appointments for pickups and fittings
- Addressing patient questions and resolving eyewear concerns with professionalism and care
- Working closely with doctors, vision therapists, and team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Performing diagnostic testing and pre-examination testing as required
- Maintaining inventory and assisting with monthly inventory checks
- Updating electronic records and performing routine administrative tasks
