Salary Structure: Paid on a Flat Rate basis, with an hourly rate to start during your initial training or integration period.
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly pay periods, with direct deposits processed on the Thursday of the pay week.
Hours: Full-time, ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week.
Schedule: A 5-day work week scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday. Shifts are assigned by the team leader upon hire and may adjust based on business volume.
Breaks: Includes a daily one-hour unpaid lunch break.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience detailing pre-owned and/or customer vehicles.
Licensing: Must hold a valid Ontario Driver's License.
Physical & Adaptability Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing and moving on your feet for the duration of the work day.
A continuous willingness to learn and adapt.
A strong dedication to a "customer-first" mentality.
Thoroughly washing and degreasing both new and pre-owned vehicles.
Performing paint decontamination processes to remove surface contaminants.
Shampooing engines, vehicle interiors, and deep cleaning floor mats.
Maintaining a consistently clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
Note: Prior experience with paint correction is highly valued, though it is not strictly required.
