Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 3 driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and operating a concrete pump truck safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to lift up to 60lbs frequently.
Duties
- Drive and operate booms of concrete pump trucks.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records such as workorders and FLHA's.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that arise during each job.
- Adhere to all local and federal transportation regulations.
- Perform basic maintenance on the vehicle as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial class 3 driver's license (with air brakes) is required.
- Experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record is required.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and the ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
