Reliable Experienced Painter – Full-Time Permanent Position

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Painter to join our team in a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, patching, masking, and caulking
- Roll, brush, and spray paint, stain, and coatings as required
- Deliver clean, professional finishes with strong attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Assist with general labor and project preparation when needed
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous residential and/or commercial painting experience required
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and working in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation preferred
