We are seeking an Associate Lawyer with 4+ years of estates litigation experience to join a highly regarded boutique practice focused on estate, trust, and fiduciary disputes. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys managing complex litigation files, delivering strategic legal advice, and working within a collaborative and advocacy-driven environment.
Independently manage estates and trusts litigation files from inception through resolution
Advise clients on estate disputes, trust matters, fiduciary obligations, and related litigation issues
Develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal advice
Draft pleadings, motion materials, factums, affidavits, mediation briefs, and legal correspondence
Conduct examinations, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances
Maintain carriage of files while ensuring deadlines and litigation milestones are met
Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other stakeholders
Contribute to the firm's strong culture of advocacy, strategic thinking, and client service
