Shift Availability:
Days - 7:00am to 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Oversee city dispatch operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
✅ Communicate professionally with customers to meet their shipping needs
✅ Process and track shipments efficiently, ensuring accuracy in documentation
✅ Optimize freight consolidation to reduce costs and improve load efficiency
What You Bring to the Table:
- Previous dispatch experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Outlook
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Administrative or warehouse experience is an asset
