Are you a natural closer who loves meeting people, building relationships, and helping clients bring their dream events to life?
A Event Space is one of Toronto's fastest-growing event venues, hosting weddings, corporate events, birthdays, fundraisers, religious celebrations, networking events, and private parties. Our customizable event venue accommodates up to 200 guests and serves clients across Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Brampton, and surrounding areas.
We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative who wants unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding event business.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound event inquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Conduct venue tours and showcase the space to prospective clients
- Build relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, community organizations, and event professionals
- Follow up consistently with leads through phone, email, text, and social media
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outreach
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly booking targets
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and guide them through the booking process
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to signed contract
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience (event sales, hospitality, real estate, retail, or B2B sales is an asset)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Confidence speaking with clients in person and over the phone
- Strong organization and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends for venue tours and events
- CRM experience is an asset but not required
Pay: $17.75-$19.50 per hour
