Must have IRATA Level 1 or higher
Rope Access to hard-to-reach areas without scaffold or a work platform
Work will include working at heights, rigging for rope access, carrying heavy equipment, window cleaning and maintaining a high level of safety.

Inspections
Painting
Waterproofing
Caulking
Sealant repairs and building envelope restoration projects
Seasonal duties such as snow clearing
Dedicated and willing to work in diverse weather conditions.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
