We are urgently hiring for:
Night Shift
Monday to Friday
10:00 pm – 6:00 am
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of CNC lathe experience
- Strong CNC setup experience
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Ability to hold tight tolerances
- Experience editing, proving out, and troubleshooting CNC programs
- Strong understanding of tooling, inserts, speeds, feeds, and workholding
- Ability to work independently once the job is laid out
Experience with HAAS NGC controls is strongly preferred.

Main Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes
- Program, edit, prove out, and troubleshoot CNC lathe programs
- Read drawings and confirm parts meet customer requirements
- Select and prepare tooling, jaws, inserts, and workholding as needed
- Complete first-off checks and in-process inspections
- Identify and correct machining issues before they become larger problems
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and safe work practices
- Support continuous improvement on repeat jobs, setups, tooling, and cycle times
- Follow Stellar’s quality and safety procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
