We are a growing manufacturing facility producing packaged consumer products for major Canadian retailers. We are hiring Production Operators with previous experience to support our bottling and packaging lines.
This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working in a structured, performance-based environment where skills are verified and consistency matters.

- Day Shift ( Mon-Thurs 8:00 am - 5:00 pm & Fri 8:00 - 3:00 pm) OR
- Evenings Shift ( Mon-Thurs 5:00 pm - 3:00 am)
- Overtime and weekend opportunities may be available
Pay
$17.60–$20.40 per hour (based on demonstrated skills and performance)
Starting wage is determined by verified experience and on-the-job skill demonstration. Advancement within the wage grid occurs through skill validation and consistent performance, not tenure or self-assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform assigned tasks independently once trained
- Meet quality, safety, and throughput standards
- Assist with line setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as trained
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Experience & Requirements
Required:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience
- Speak Spanish
- Experience operating and setting up equipment such as: filler, labeller, capper, coder, case erector, etc.
- Mechanical aptitude or comfort working with machinery
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Steel-toe safety footwear
- Reliable commute required
