Job summary: In the frame of driving sales in retail stores, offer expert advice to identify upsell opportunities, and deliver an effortless sales experience in retail stores.
Key responsibilities
1. Responsible for safe operations, managing a team of drivers.
2. Build and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent service.
3. Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
4. Process orders accurately and coordinate timely product delivery.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock in the store.
6. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
7. Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
8. Maintain store operations and support merchandising efforts.
9. Lead and supervise direct reports in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Required qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree in related field.
2. 5+ years experience in the welding industry.
3. Computer experience or basic knowledge of SAP.
