Job Description
Heuvelmans is looking to expand our team and hire a Customer Relations Representative. If you are looking for a fast-paced job in where you will be dealing with people all day, we recommend that you apply today!
The selected candidate for this position will be the first face that customers see when they enter the dealership so this individual must be friendly, professional, well spoken, and outgoing. The selected candidate must also be comfortable answering phones, making calls, and must be proficient with computer programs such as those in the Microsoft Office suite amongst others.
This is a full-time position that requires availability Monday to Friday from, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Major Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones, paging staff, and taking messages
- Answering customer requests through multiple channels: text, email, phone, etc.
- Completing follow up contact with customers
- Scheduling appointments
- Occasional filing
- Assisting with cashing out customers
- Responsible for keeping customer lounge and coffee station tidy

- Prior reception experience is not required, but is an asset
