We are building a long-term media and events brand and are seeking an ambitious individual who wants to grow with us.
Position Overview
This is not a coffee-running internship.
You will work directly alongside leadership and production teams, helping create high-quality content and execute real-world marketing campaigns from day one.

ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Capture professional photo and video content at events and productions
- Assist with short-form video creation for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns
- Create behind-the-scenes content and storytelling pieces
Marketing Support
- Assist with social media scheduling and content management
- Support digital marketing campaigns
- Help coordinate promotional activities and brand partnerships
- Contribute ideas for content, growth, and audience engagement
Event Production
- Assist with event setup and execution
- Coordinate with vendors, talent, and attendees
- Support guest registration and event operations
- Travel to various event locations throughout British Columbia as required
CompensationPhase 1 – Paid Internship
June 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026
- $19.00/hour
- Hands-on training and mentorship
- Portfolio-building opportunities
- Direct involvement in live events and content production
Phase 2 – Marketing Associate Position
Beginning August 1, 2026
Successful candidates may be offered a permanent role at:
$35.00–$40.00/hour

Applicants with exceptional portfolios and demonstrated experience may be considered for direct placement into the $35–40/hour role without completing the internship period.
Required Qualifications
- Photography and/or videography experience
- Basic editing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel for work
- Availability for evening and weekend events when required
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:
- Sony camera systems
- DJI drones and gimbals
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Lightroom
- Photoshop
- Final Cut Pro
- Social media content creation
- Graphic design
- Event marketing
