July Health is a fast-growing Canadian telehealth company on a mission to close the women's health gap. We're a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, and registered social workers, with a special focus in supporting chronic hormonal & mental health conditions across the lifespan. Our approach blends lived experience, medicine, nutrition, and mental health support.
We're looking for a remote Nurse Practitioner in British Columbia, passionate about women's health, hormonal and mental health.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 virtual medical consultations for patients with hormonal symptoms, PMOS, endometriosis, fertility concerns, metabolic health issues, weight management, and ADHD
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (bloodwork, ultrasounds, hormone panels)
- Diagnose and treat PMOS, endometriosis, insulin resistance, ADHD, and other chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as clinically indicated
- Provide weight-inclusive, evidence-based care
- Collaborate with registered dietitians and registered social workers to provide integrated care
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation, follow regulatory standards, completing E-faxes, and completing medical letters
- Stay current on best practices in our key practice areas
Qualifications
- Required: Registered Nurse Practitioner licensed with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Current Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner designation
- 1-2 years of clinical experience (new grads with strong interest in women's health welcome)
- Have a billing number required for ordering laboratory testing
- Comfortable prescribing and managing common women's health conditions and ADHD
- Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telemedicine and using various EMRs
- Background in endocrinology, women's health, fertility care, or mental health
- Familiarity with PMOS, metabolic syndrome, or reproductive health
- Bilingual is an asset
- Licensure in additional provinces is an asset

Location: Fully remote (Preferably residing in BC)
Hours: 4-8 hours/week to start, flexible scheduling, with potential to grow to 20+ hours/week
