Quarterway Pub is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Server to join our team.
We are a busy neighbourhood pub that prides itself on great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Handle cash and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow all Serving It Right and company policies
Qualifications
- Serving It Right certification required
- Previous serving experience is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
