The Opportunity
Location: Fort St. John
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (based on experience & certification)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key leader within NPGA, working closely with the Executive Director to shape the future of our programs.
* Lead the competitive stream (Interclub & Xcel)
* Design and implement athlete development plans
* Coordinate competitions, camps, and travel
* Mentor and support coaches across all levels
* Collaborate on scheduling and staffing
* Champion Safe Sport and uphold club values

What You Bring
* NCCP Competition 2 (minimum); Competition 3 preferred or willingness to complete
* 5+ years of competitive coaching experience, including leadership
* Strong technical knowledge of Women’s Artistic Gymnastics
* Excellent organization, communication, and mentorship skills
* A coaching philosophy centered on athlete well-being and long-term development

Bonus Points If You Have:
* Experience with both Xcel and CCP programs
* Knowledge of Safe Sport practices
* Experience in a not-for-profit or community sport environment
