We are seeking a female, friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety, cash handling, and POS systems, along with a passion for hospitality and serving others. The Bartender will play a key role in ensuring our patrons have an enjoyable experience in a lively and professional environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Ensure all food safety and food handling procedures are followed to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and bar equipment throughout the shift.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to legal drinking age laws.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours and special events.
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu offerings, including drink recipes and specials, to assist guests effectively.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse patrons.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service is essential.
