Now hiring: A Driver/Shipping & Receiver
Crafty Ramen Market is looking for a full-time D driver who is also interested in shipping and receiving to assist our food production facility. If you are reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working with a team, we would love to meet you. The role would consist of driving only days as well as just shipping & receiving only days.
About the Job
Your main duties will include driving to various Crafty Ramen locations and vendor sites, including Guelph, Kitchener, Orangeville, Mississauga, Waterloo, and other locations as required. You will be responsible for loading and unloading the vehicle, assisting with deliveries and pickups, and ensuring products and materials are transported safely and accurately.
This role also includes supporting shipping and receiving duties at the facility. This may include receiving deliveries in accordance with standard operating procedures, inspecting contents, verifying temperatures as needed, completing checklists, labeling received goods, and storing items in the proper locations. You may also assist with packing deliveries for Crafty Ramen locations, including the Guelph Shop and Orangeville Plant, routing the driver to the appropriate destinations, and ensuring documentation is correctly completed for both incoming and outgoing goods.
As part of a federally inspected and SQF-certified food production facility, you will be expected to follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and health and safety protocols at all times. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, participate in quality control, report any process non-compliance, equipment malfunction, or food concerns in a timely manner, and operate equipment in accordance with established processes, rules, and standards.
Other duties may be assigned by facility management and supervisors, including but not limited to the Floor Manager and General Manager.

- Are willing to support shipping, receiving, and production-related tasks
- Can follow standard operating procedures and food safety requirements
Our facility is federally inspected and SQF-certified.
Schedule
We operate 7 days a week, from 6 am to as late as 12 am. Shifts typically range from 7am-5pm, 5 days a week, including 1 weekend day.

This is an entry-level position, but we support team members who want to grow. As Crafty Ramen continues to expand, there may be opportunities to learn new skills and move into higher roles.
