Crew Leader - Landscape Maintenance
We are a busy and growing commercial/strata maintenance landscaping company based out of Coquitlam. We are currently looking for a full-time Landscape Crew Leader who is dependable, with excellent work ethic and strong communication skills to run a crew. Attention to detail, willingness to learn and a positive work attitude are a must.
Candidate will be required to manage job sites from start to finish. This would include communication with all involved, making sure tools and materials needed are on site at the appropriate time so that things are running efficiently. Ability to work with others and teach others is also required.
The successful candidate must have:
- Practical experience and knowledge in landscape maintenance
- 2-3 years of experience
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License and able to drive a truck with a trailer
- Ability to work at heights (on ladders)
- Ability to assign jobs to crew members in an efficient manner
- Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Conflict resolution skills are an asset
Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, and all staff meet at our warehouse location which is near the IKEA Coquitlam location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
