Get paid what you are worth! We are now accepting applications for Lawn Care Workers. Pay starts at $18 per hour plus a Pay For Performance bonus. Top workers make up to $33/hr! What's a Pay For Performance Bonus? This means you are in charge of how much you make that day! We have a base rate each team member starts at and how you perform throughout the day can make you much more! If you are fast, efficient and have a bit of a competitive side with a positive attitude you would fit right in!
The position is guaranteed 40 hours per week April 15th-November 1st (50 hours per week April through July 1st). Part-time snow removal work available November 1st-March 31st. Year round positions are available for the right team members.
Requirements:
- posses valid class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
- reliable transportation to work daily.
- must have a cell phone with mobile data.
- ability to consistently push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs.
- lawn care experience is an asset.
- able to withstand extreme weather conditions in all seasons with a smile on your face.
- be punctual, respectful, able to work alone as well as part of a team.
- ability to keep up in a fast pasted environment.
- be able to communicate in a respectful manner at all times.
- be able to follow detailed instructions.
- posses a positive, get it done attitude.
- possess good time management skills.
Job Description:
- the job will include being a part of a residential lawn mowing crew.
- may also include landscaping or commercial lawn care.
- the pace you and your crew perform throughout the day determines how much money you can make there is no cap.
- be available to work 10 hour days everyday
Experience:
- previous lawn care experience is an asset and will be considered.
- previous experience working outdoors or doing physical work is considered an asset.
- no formal education required.
- must have basic knowledge of small engine equipment.
- must be comfortable operating machinery.
