Job Responsibilities
- Precisely sew various uniforms and suits according to patterns, tech packs, and client specifications.
- Operate industrial sewing machines (flatbed, overlock, serger, etc.) to ensure even, clean stitching with no skipped stitches, puckering, or stains.
Assist in identifying and resolving technical sewing challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S standards and factory safety regulations.
- Collaborate with quality control and production supervisors to ensure products meet company quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in garment factory or custom tailoring; experience with business wear, uniforms, or suits is highly preferred.
- Strong hand skills, attention to detail, consistent speed, and willingness to work hard; able to independently handle complex sewing areas.
- Familiarity with industrial sewing equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Basic English communication skills and Mandarin.
