Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
- Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance as needed during project execution
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure proper disposal of debris and waste
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery is advantageous
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to manual labor environments is a plus
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed
