Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to service via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, timelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating account details.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and invoicing purposes.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
- Support analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for service improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in service roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry, analysis skills, and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prior experience in service support roles is preferred but not mandatory. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on helping others, possess excellent communication abilities, and are eager to contribute to a team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
