As of current, we are only considering applicants with past cannabis retail experience.
This position will consist of a minimum of 3 shifts at 7 hours length in the evenings (21 hours a week), with the ability to pick up shifts.
Requirments
o Previous Budtender work experience
o Minimum age 19 years old
o Complete a criminal background check and CannSell certification
Duties and Responsibilities
o Create positive guest experiences by building loyalty and carefully considering each guest’s unique needs
o Display a strong foundation of cannabis knowledge, while showing initiative to create compelling yet convenient cannabis shopping experiences
o Consistently look for areas to make improvements to operations and business results
o Drive sales by educating guests on cannabis products and accessories
o Adhere to all company training, operational standards and procedures
o Ensure compliance with all company policies and programs
o Adhere to all federal, provincial and municipal legislative requirements of cannabis retailers
Qualifications
o 1-3 years experience in customer service with a preference for retail
o Proven ability to deliver positive guest experiences and develop customer loyalty
o Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
o Strong verbal and written communication with excellent organizational skills
o Basic knowledge of the cannabis plant, recreational product offerings and safe consumption methods
o True passion for cannabis products and education
o Open to feedback and eager to improve
o Responsible, reliable, and guest-oriented
