Caseload Growth
- Clinicians typically reach 10 sessions/week within 3-4 weeks

About the Opportunity
We are hiring either:
- A Registered Psychologist, or
- An Eligible Provisional Psychologist who is nearing completion of requirements
Provisional Eligibility
We welcome Provisionals who:
- Have less than 150 supervised hours remaining, and
- Have their EPP scheduled or completed
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy but values connection and collaboration within a supportive private practice.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Wants to build a consistent 13-18hr/week caseload
- Values professionalism, integrity, and strong communication
- Maintains healthy boundaries and is grounded, warm, and client-centered
- Appreciates a structured, organized practice
- Enjoys autonomy while engaging in a supportive team culture
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Create and follow evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintain clinical documentation aligned with CAP standards/clinic policies
- Collaborate with admin staff and external care providers as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology
- Registered Psychologist (CAP) OR Provisional Psychologist with <150 supervised hours remaining and EPP scheduled or completed
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (private practice preferred)
- Strong skills in rapport-building and ethical, client-centered care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience or training in diagnostic/psychological assessments is an asset, not required
- EMDR training is an asset but not required

Pay: $130.00-$150.00 per hour
