Finch Collision is growing! With the new State-of-the-art facility in full progress we are expanding our team to support the increase in repair volume and to aid in the delivery of exceptional quality to our customers.
Over the past 12 months, we have built a strong, forward-thinking repair program and are now seeking an experienced 310B Licensed Autobody Technician to join our I-CAR Gold Class–aligned, aluminum-certified, EV repair facility.

Perform structural and non-structural repairs on all makes and models to the highest quality standards
Interpret repair procedures and OEM guidelines with precision
Work efficiently in a flat-rate production environment while maintaining exceptional workmanship
Collaborate with estimators, painters, and technicians to ensure seamless workflow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Valid 310B Autobody Technician License
Advanced knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair techniques
Experience with aluminum repair (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
