Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Restaurant Manager to oversee the planning and execution of nightly services and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Duties
- Supervise staff, including food preparation and service teams, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services such as catering, bartending, and equipment rentals.
- Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales and managing inventory.
- Maintain a high level of hospitality throughout services, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Experience in supervising teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and bartending is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, vendors, and staff.
