Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Casual Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time or temporary work, with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial and residential settings
- Conduct deep cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet cleanliness standards
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting larger maintenance issues
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure health and safety regulations are met
- Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored after use
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and facilities maintenance is a plus
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor issues is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety guidelines

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
