Job Description
Hiring for a client : Full-Time Driver & Residential Cleaner
Company Vehicle Provided | Must Have Class 5 License
What You'll Do: You will be cleaning in a team environment with a team lead/supervisor.
This is a fast-paced role. Our teams complete multiple homes per day, so:
- You must be able to work efficiently without slowing the team down
- You must follow timing expectations for each area
You must be comfortable with:
- Taking direction throughout the day
- Being coached and corrected in real-time
- Following a structured cleaning system and checklist.
This role is NOT a good fit if you:
- Prefer working alone without direction
- Dislike being corrected or coached
- Get frustrated working at a fast pace
- Prefer a relaxed or slow work environment
Requirements:
- ***Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License (REQUIRED FOR CLEANER/DRIVER POSITION)***
- Comfortable driving and cleaning
- Available 30–40 hours/week (Full-Time)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
