Site Labour Foreman

Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

About Us
We are a growing construction company specializing in high-rise residential developments throughout Southern Ontario. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Labour Foreman to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in maintaining safe and organized job sites.
Responsibilities
As a Site Labour Foreman, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and lead site labour crews.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Site Super.
- Delegate work assignments and monitor productivity.
- Promote and enforce site safety procedures.
- Perform rough carpentry and general construction duties.
- Safely operate power tools and construction equipment.
- Operate skid steer and forklift equipment as required.
- Maintain site housekeeping and material organization.
- Install and remove jacks and shoring posts.
- Install fencing and fall protection systems.
- Complete tarping and surface protection.
- Assist with traffic control and other site logistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2–3 years of construction experience in a Foreman, Lead Hand, or other supervisory role.
- Valid Working at Heights certification.
- Valid WHMIS certification.
- 5-Step Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness certificate.
- Skid Steer Operator Certification.
- Class 7 Forklift Operator Certification.
- Basic set of hand tools and tool pouch.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding work.
