We are currently hiring a Full-Time Road and Dealer Support for the Contrans Maintenance Group on the afternoon shift. Reporting to the Road and Dealer Support Manager, the Road and Dealer Support will play a pivotal role in facilitating on-the-road repairs efficiently and cost-effectively. This position involves communicating with drivers and vendors, problem-solving, recording issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups. As our business expands, this role offers the opportunity for growth and development across multiple locations.
Duties:
- Coordinate on-the-road repairs for Contrans Maintenance Group.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and vendors to identify optimal repair solutions.
- Problem-solve and make decisions to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Accurately record repair details and maintain organized documentation.
- Follow up with drivers and vendors to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with the Road & Dealer Support Manager to optimize repair processes.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in a coordination or support role preferred.
- Familiarity with the trucking or automotive industry is an asset.
