```Duties```
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the line
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify the chef or manager when supplies are running low
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
