are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in collision repair, including bodywork, panel replacement, and refinishing.
Key responsibilities include assessing vehicle damage, performing structural and cosmetic repairs, straightening frames, replacing parts, and preparing surfaces for painting. The technician must ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Candidates should be proficient in using body shop tools and equipment, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with welding, sanding, masking, and paint preparation is required.
A valid driver’s license and prior experience in an auto body or collision repair shop are preferred. Certification in auto body repair is considered an asset.
Preferred Requirements:
- Valid 310B Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer License
- I-CAR recognized certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in an auto body or collision repair shop
Certification in auto body repair beyond the above is considered an asset.
Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
