Carol Automobile is currently looking for a Service Consultant to complete its team.
Serves as a guide to facilitate the customer buying experience. Facilitates interview at customer's pace, to discover customer and preferences, needs and buying motives. Matches customer needs with model, equipment and presents vehicle in terms of customer's interest. Offers test drives and accompanies them if required. Presents financial preposition and satisfies customer concerns. Conducts delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery
to develop customer loyalty.

Working Environment:
- Working mostly inside in a controlled office.
- May require working outside IE lot snow clearing, Greeting customers on the lot, etc.
- Using computer to look up information.

Duties:
- Ensure a high quality effective and professional experience is provided to every customer following the dealership's sales process.

- Establishes knowledge base regarding all products, services, customer demographics or profiles and competitive automotive makes and models.
