The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Uphold our company standards of: Cleanliness, Quality & Service
- Understand the importance of keeping a clean kitchen
- Assist with the daily production of all products
- Help with finding efficiencies and ways to improve production
-Enforce quality control - all products leaving the kitchen are up to our standards
- Proper and safe use of all equipment
- Maintain temperature logs
- Adhere to Health Department standards
