Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible for organizing and performing the ultrasound examinations requested by physicians; to maintain and document high quality images; and practice good patient care.
Exam requests may be, but are not limited to: Abdomen, Pelvis, Endovaginal, Scrotal, Thyroid, Deep Vein Ultrasound, Obstetrical, Shoulder, Carotid, Echocardiography.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of an approved and accredited school of ultrasonography with current membership in the Sonography Canada and/or ARDMS and CMRITO
· Previous experience as an Ultrasonographer in a hospital environment.
· Demonstrated ability to maintain professional standards in all areas of work.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Demonstrated commitment to continuing education.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Graduate of an approved and accredited school of Radiology.
· Previous experience in vascular imaging and Doppler.

Pay: $36.84-$51.77 per hour
