Door-to-Door Field Manager
Guaranteed Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission

JDR Connection is seeking an experienced Door-to-Door Field Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of field representatives.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be responsible for working alongside your team in the field, driving performance, maintaining professional standards, and helping representatives achieve their sales and fundraising targets.
Previous door-to-door sales, fundraising, telecom, energy, security, or similar field leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of door-to-door representatives
- Work directly in the field alongside your team
- Conduct daily team meetings, territory launches, and performance recaps
- Coach representatives on pitches, objections, closing techniques, and customer engagement
- Monitor attendance, productivity, sales results, and territory coverage
- Ensure all team members follow company and client compliance standards
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new representatives
- Set daily and weekly performance targets
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management
- Create a positive, competitive, and professional team environment
Requirements
- Previous door-to-door experience is mandatory
- Previous team lead, supervisor, or field management experience is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a field sales team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Reliable, professional, and results-driven
- Able to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays as required
- Access to reliable transportation is preferred
- Comfortable using mobile applications and reporting tools

Compensation
- Guaranteed hourly wage
- Uncapped individual commissions
- Team performance bonuses
- Additional incentives based on results
- Compensation will be discussed based on experience
