We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on Night Shift Production Team Member to join our custom framing and canvas stretching department. In this role, you will be a vital part of a focused, tight-knit night crew, working directly with our Shift Lead to bring high-quality art and custom framing projects to life.

Duties
- Active Craftsmanship & Production: Assemble custom frames and stretch canvases efficiently, aiming to meet our nightly team output goals (approximately 5 canvases per person).
- Quality Control: Inspect materials and finished products closely to ensure they meet our strict quality and craftsmanship standards before packaging.
- Shop Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and safely operate machinery while strictly adhering to safety protocols (including wearing PPE like eye and ear protection).
- Workflow Collaboration: Work closely under the guidance of the Night Shift Lead to understand daily task assignments and ensure smooth production flow.
Skills
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate production equipment including miter saws, pneumatic staple guns, canvas stretching machines, and v-nailers
- Sharp eye for quality control and strict adherence to manufacturing standards to ensure flawless custom frames and stretched canvases
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with a tight-knit night crew and support the shift lead
- Capability to meet nightly individual production targets of approximately 5 canvases per shift
- Dedicated commitment to safety protocols including the consistent use of required PPE such as eye and ear protection
- Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain focus and productivity throughout the night shift
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, or related hands-on fields is preferred
Weekly schedule will be Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm.
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
