Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, ensuring timely pickups, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a clean driving record, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle travel luggage loading & unloading from vehicle. The Driver position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods or passengers to designated locations
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries or pickups
- Load and unload cargo
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding schedules and pickup updates
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies during operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and courteously
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving or related transportation roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license
- Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws applicable to commercial driving
