Job Overview
We are seeking qualified 3rd Class Stationary Engineers to join our team. Duties
- Operate and monitor mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot system issues using schematics, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or MATLAB as needed.
- Assist in the design and modification of system layouts utilizing CAD and GIS tools.
- Collaborate with project teams on system design, upgrades, and construction projects.
- Maintain detailed records of system performance, repairs, and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Support system upgrades by preparing schematics and technical documentation.
- Participate in project management activities including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, MATLAB, CAD software, and GIS applications.
- Experience with system design, schematics development, and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of systems engineering concepts applicable to industrial or commercial facilities.
- Familiarity with construction processes related to facility upgrades or new installations.
