About the Role
We are currently seeking a Dishwasher to join our Culinary team.
This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of the kitchen. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, while ensuring all sanitation and safety standards are consistently upheld.
Working closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team, you will help maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in line with brand and health regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties as required
- Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and kitchen leadership team
- Support the culinary team in maintaining smooth kitchen operations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations
About You
- Previous dishwashing experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to take initiative
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
