Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and physically capable Warehouse & Store Associate to support daily warehouse operations and assist customers when needed.
This is a hands-on role, with a strong focus on warehouse work and material handling.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials (flooring, tiles, bathroom products, etc.)
- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Restock shelves and keep warehouse clean and efficient
- Assist with unloading containers when shipments arrive
- Support basic customer service when needed
- Help with order preparation and occasional front store tasks
Requirements
- Able to lift and move heavy materials (important)
- Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work
- Responsible, reliable, and hardworking
- Basic English communication
- Forklift experience is an asset (not required)
- Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting pay: CA$18.00/hour
- After probation: CA$20.00/hour
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Annual increase: ~10% based on performance
- Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset (中文優先考慮)
- Overtime pay applicable
