Brenco Industries is a leading provider of high-quality metal cutting, bending, and fabrication solutions. We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team.
Successful candidates must be willing and able to operate saws, drills, and shears as part of daily duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in metalwork or manufacturing is preferred
- Basic understanding of measurements, especially in Imperial units (inches, feet, fractions)
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working collaboratively with a team
- Good attendance and reliability are crucial
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn; training on equipment and safety protocols will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders and shop drawings, following verbal instructions
- Operate a variety of metal processing equipment, including saws, drills, shears, and punches
- Measure finished parts using tape measures and calipers; clean, count, and stack completed items
- Operate cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, performing basic maintenance as needed
